Only doctors are highly trained, experienced and qualified in performing patient examinations and we have trained thousands of them. They have a detailed and tested knowledge of how to examine all body areas and underlying pathology.
Our 1-5 risk rating system estimates a candidate’s level of risk to perform the proposed job, or the level of risk that the job has on aggravating their medical condition. Alternatively, our flexible and collaborative approach allows us to work with each client to provide results in their preferred format such as fit/unfit/fit with restrictions, or via a traffic light method.
We are not bound to particular doctors at set clinics in defined locations. Our national independent practitioner network comprises over 6,500 medical and allied health practitioners across 2,900 locations, making it the largest of its kind in Australia. Multiple clinic sites across most locations means faster and more convenient appointments for your candidates and experienced, trained doctors performing the examinations.
Our dedicated administration team ensures all assessments are complete, accurate and consistent with the reporting standards. Our Clinical Team then steps in to provide independent, objective oversight prior to assigning a risk rating or fitness advice according to the client’s requirements. This provides the highest level of quality control and reduces the need for additional review by the employer.
