What Sets Us Apart

What we offer, how we deliver it differently than others, and the way we provide value defines why organisations want to do business with us and why we are positioned as the provider of choice for workplace medical services.

Largest practitioner network

Injurynet is the only organisation in Australia which has dedicated nearly two decades to developing the largest national, independent, managed and accountable medical and allied health practitioner network for the effective treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses. Such is our reputation, each year we receive hundreds of requests from practitioners to join our network.

Most extensive industry experience

With two decades of experience across a broad range of industry sectors, we can share our knowledge and experiences giving you insight into what’s worked, what hasn’t and why. We thrive on creating solutions for problems that others in the marketplace think are impossible.

Fastest appointment speed

Thanks to the high volume of referrals coordinated via our practitioner network we can typically arrange faster appointments and responses to work-related medical matters than you can independently.

Widest coverage

We are regarded as the industry leader when it comes to geographical coverage. With 6,500+ practitioners in 2,900+ locations across Australia and NZ, we can coordinate appointments near your workplace or near an employee’s home, saving time and hassle for all concerned.

Our Approach

Our approach revolves around ‘excellence’ ensuring that every employee has the most appropriate and timely medical advice, information and treatment.

Our Customer Service

Our customer service is based on open communication and commitment to management and provision of high quality, value for money health services that achieve our clients’ objectives.

Our Performance

Our performance is reflected in the strength of our client base, our practitioner network and our people, all working in partnership to deliver the best outcomes for our customers across Australia.

The Health Benefits of Good Work

Injurynet is a proud signatory to the Health Benefits of Good Work (HBGW) Consensus Statement. The Health Benefits of Good Work (HBGW) is an initiative from the Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (AFOEM) of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP). This initiative is based on compelling Australasian and international evidence that good work is beneficial to people’s health and wellbeing and that long-term work absence, work disability and unemployment generally have a negative impact on health and wellbeing.
