How it works

  1. Call InjuryNET
    Manager calls InjuryNET 1300 number to request an initial medical or physiotherapy appointment if the injured employee chooses to attend an InjuryNET practitioner.
  2. Source appointment
    On the next business day, InjuryNET sources an appointment with a local InjuryNET practitioner.
  3. Confirm
    InjuryNET confirms appointment with referring manager.
  4. Forward referral information
    InjuryNET completes referral information and forwards to InjuryNET practitioner, prior to consultation.


  • Managers are able to offer treatment coordination at the time of injury report, regardless of what the time is.
  • Provides peace of mind for injured employees who are supported with a medical and/or physiotherapy treatment promptly on the next business day.
  • Reduces the chance of a manager forgetting to arrange treatment at the end of a late or overnight shift.


Weekdays: Mon to Thu - 5:30pm to 8:30am next day
Weekends: Fri 5:30pm to Mon 8:00am
