Manager calls InjuryNET 1300 number to request an initial medical or physiotherapy appointment if the injured employee chooses to attend an InjuryNET practitioner.
- Source appointment
On the next business day, InjuryNET sources an appointment with a local InjuryNET practitioner.
InjuryNET confirms appointment with referring manager.
- Forward referral information
InjuryNET completes referral information and forwards to InjuryNET practitioner, prior to consultation.
- Managers are able to offer treatment coordination at the time of injury report, regardless of what the time is.
- Provides peace of mind for injured employees who are supported with a medical and/or physiotherapy treatment promptly on the next business day.
- Reduces the chance of a manager forgetting to arrange treatment at the end of a late or overnight shift.
Weekdays: Mon to Thu - 5:30pm to 8:30am next day
Weekends: Fri 5:30pm to Mon 8:00am
